About XIANHENG
XIANHENG provides industrial LCD display solutions for equipment manufacturers and system integrators, including panel sourcing, touchscreen customization, optical bonding, interface coordination, and display integration. Our role is not simply to find a screen with the correct size. It is to help determine whether the complete display solution can be integrated, tested, produced, and supported throughout the equipment lifecycle.
Why Was XIANHENG Founded?
XIANHENG was established in Shenzhen in 2013 to support industrial customers sourcing LCD panels and display components. As we became involved in more equipment projects, one lesson became clear: a matching datasheet does not automatically produce a compatible display system.
Customers often begin with a size, resolution, or model number. The completed project, however, also depends on the host interface, connector and pin assignment, backlight design, mechanical opening, cable direction, touch technology, cover glass, operating environment, software timing, and expected service period.
This is why our work gradually expanded beyond panel sourcing. Today, XIANHENG supports industrial TFT LCDs, projected capacitive and resistive touchscreens, customized cover glass, optical bonding, high-brightness solutions, cables, controller boards, and integrated display assemblies.
Our experience has taught us that the right LCD is not the model with the longest specification list. It is the model that fits the electrical, mechanical, optical, environmental, and lifecycle requirements of the equipment.
What Has More Than a Decade of Display Work Taught Us?
The most useful experience is not a number on a company profile. It is the ability to recognize where an apparently simple display choice can create integration or supply problems later.
Size and resolution are only the beginning.
Two panels with the same diagonal size and resolution may still differ in outline dimensions, active area, mounting points, voltage, connector position, LVDS mapping, timing, brightness, and touchscreen compatibility.
Higher brightness is not automatically better.
Outdoor readability depends on ambient light, surface reflection, optical bonding, enclosure design, backlight heat, and power limits. Increasing luminance without reviewing thermal design may reduce long-term reliability.
A replacement model must be validated.
We do not treat the same size and resolution as proof of drop-in compatibility. Mechanical, electrical, optical, software, backlight, and touch differences must be checked before an alternative is approved.
Lifecycle planning should start early.
Industrial, medical, kiosk, and automation equipment may remain in production or service for many years. Panel lifecycle, change communication, replacement strategy, and spare-part planning should be considered before mass production.
We believe practical engineering judgement creates more value than describing every panel as “industrial,” “rugged,” or “perfect for harsh environments.”
What Display Solutions Does XIANHENG Support?
Our work covers both standard components and project-specific integration. The final scope depends on the equipment, required customization, sample quantity, production plan, and validation responsibility.
Industrial LCD Panel Sourcing
Model matching and sourcing support for original LCD panels from manufacturers such as AUO, BOE, Innolux, and Tianma, subject to current availability and lifecycle status.
Touchscreen Customization
Projected capacitive or resistive touch solutions with customized sensor dimensions, cover glass, printed borders, mounting holes, controller selection, cable direction, and communication interfaces.
Optical Bonding
Optical bonding can reduce internal reflections, improve perceived contrast, strengthen the display stack, and limit condensation between the LCD and cover glass. Suitability still depends on the application and structure.
High-Brightness Display Solutions
Backlight and display solutions for bright indoor, semi-outdoor, and outdoor environments, evaluated together with power, heat, optical treatment, viewing conditions, and enclosure design.
Cables and Controller Integration
Coordination of LVDS, HDMI, eDP, and related display connections, including cable pinout, connector direction, controller selection, power requirements, backlight control, and sample-level compatibility checks.
Integrated Display Assemblies
LCD, touchscreen, cover glass, bonding, cables, controllers, and mechanical information can be coordinated as a project-specific assembly to reduce integration work at the customer’s side.
You can review representative models in our Industrial LCD Screen collection or explore LCD module kits for integrated display requirements.
How Does XIANHENG Evaluate a New Display Project?
A useful recommendation requires more than a model list. We normally organize a project around five connected decisions.
Understand the application
Equipment type, displayed information, operator tasks, viewing distance, and touch requirements.
Review system limits
Available space, cutout, mounting, cable direction, host output, power, and software resolution.
Evaluate the environment
Temperature, ambient light, vibration, electrical noise, dust, moisture, cleaning, glove use, and sealing.
Define the assembly
LCD, touch technology, cover glass, bonding, controller, cables, connectors, and mechanical interface.
Plan validation and supply
Prototype quantity, testing responsibility, expected annual demand, production timing, and service period.
When project information is incomplete, the responsible answer is not to pretend that one panel is already correct. It is to identify the missing decisions and recommend a practical starting point for validation.
What Does XIANHENG Not Promise Without Validation?
Clear limits are part of engineering support. We prefer to explain what still needs to be verified instead of using a broad marketing claim to hide uncertainty.
We do not recommend a display from size and resolution alone. The outline, interface, timing, voltage, backlight, viewing direction, temperature, and lifecycle may change the decision.
We do not automatically describe a moderately bright panel as sunlight readable. Direct-sunlight performance must be evaluated together with reflection, bonding, brightness, heat, and the completed enclosure.
We do not approve an alternative model only because the connector appears similar. Pin assignment, signal format, timing, firmware, power, and mechanical fit still require confirmation.
We do not treat a component temperature rating as a guarantee for the finished machine. Internal heat, solar loading, airflow, mounting, and surrounding electronics can create very different operating conditions.
We do not replace system-level testing with a supplier statement. Samples should be tested in the actual host, enclosure, power, grounding, software, and environmental conditions before production approval.
How Do We Approach Quality and Project Communication?
Quality is not a single inspection at the end of an order. It begins with agreeing on what is being supplied, which specifications apply, what the sample must prove, and how changes will be handled.
Before sample preparation
- Confirm the exact model, revision, drawing, and available specification.
- Review the interface, connector, voltage, timing, and backlight requirements.
- Define the touch, cover-glass, cable, bonding, and mechanical requirements.
- Identify specifications that remain unconfirmed and require testing.
Before production approval
- Check the sample in the customer’s actual system whenever possible.
- Confirm visual, functional, touch, interface, mechanical, and environmental acceptance criteria.
- Record the approved configuration so later supply can be compared against it.
- Review packaging, delivery, change communication, and replacement planning.
Our preferred working method is simple: define the requirement clearly, identify the risks early, validate the sample in the real system, and control the approved configuration during production.
Which Customers Are the Best Fit for XIANHENG?
We work best with customers who treat the display as part of the equipment design and want technical questions resolved before mass production.
XIANHENG may be a good fit if you need:
- An industrial LCD for automation, medical, kiosk, transportation, outdoor, AI hardware, or other embedded equipment.
- PCAP or resistive touch customization rather than a standard consumer monitor.
- Optical bonding, customized cover glass, cables, controller boards, or mechanical coordination.
- Small-batch samples before pilot production and volume purchasing.
- Lifecycle review and alternative-panel planning for equipment with a long service period.
XIANHENG may not be the best fit if you only need:
- A consumer monitor selected only by screen size and retail price.
- An untested replacement with no drawings, host information, or sample-validation process.
- A universal display that is expected to work in every environment without system-level testing.
- A quotation based solely on the lowest spot-market price, without considering grade, configuration, availability, or lifecycle.
